Through breathing we heal the body, mind, and spirit by freeing up the unresolved energy within the body to open the body mentally, physically and spiritually for greater freedom. This 90 minute session will leave you feeling mentally clear and relaxed.

The Benefits of Breathwork

Through this practice the breath will stimulate the mind and body to let go which allows the person to access and clear out physical, mental and emotional blocks or stresses. The act of surrendering and trusting your process within this work allows the body to let go, release control and let the mind get out of the way. This can create a process of emotional release which is considered to be very healing. The practice of breathwork can bring about permanent, positive life changes. 

What to Expect

Come prepared to relax with pillows, blankets, and anything you may need to be comfortable. Bring water, a journal, and a few comfort items such as crystals, an eye pillow, essential oils, etc. Each session begins with an intention to direct the healing focus of the session. You will be given instructions on how to start your session and the required breathing pattern to utilize to get the best results. We use music to guide the journey. Each session will run from 60-90 minutes. At the close of your session is the best time to integrate the healing received and journal any thoughts.
